About Me

Mallory Pogue winning "Best Writing" at the Cobb International Film Festival for her work on "How to Escape from Heartbreak"

As a director and award-winning writer, I got my start in filmmaking when I got a small camcorder for my birthday and began filming my cat around our home (my first star). The rush I felt showing my friends and family the small stories I had captured on my camera inspired me to continue finding new and exciting ways to tell stories using different mediums - like stop-motion, photography, through radio broadcasts, and through music videos. I hope to help others feel empowered to tell their stories.
